Charlie is a school project that I've done with Leyla Nasibova in 2009 at Media Lab Helsinki.
It is an interactive audio-visual installation. It's a piece where the shadow of a main character's dancing figure (based on Charlie Chaplin) appears and disappears from a TV screen according to the distance of the viewers, followed by the music of Nat King Cole:))) So, like in a puppet theater, Charlie moves his arms and legs which are attached to strings (man, this was a touchy part of the work!!).
Anyway, this cute thing is in a form of an old TV is based on Arduino and electronics and programmed in Pure data.
More detailed info.

..and a video of a preliminary (hardly-working) version:)))
